Très aimable personnelles

On est très bien accueilli par les personnes à lhôtel, le soir à notre arrivée et le matin pour le petit déjeuner ! Notre chien était aussi le bienvenu !

Com sempre un tracte i un servei de 10, lunic que, Es que faria falta a les habitacions en banyera possa unes nanses per poder sortir i entrar amb més seguretat.

Hotel molt ben situat al centre d`Andorra La Vella.El tracte molt agradable i afable. L`habitació neta i comfortable. L`esmorzar molt bo i més que suficient. L`únic incomvenient ès que no té parking, per la resta tot perfecte.

Hotel bien situado y limpio, poco ruidoso y el personal muy muy amable, todo han sido facilidades. La habitación tenia lo necesario y la cama muy cómoda. Hemos venido otras veces y seguiremos volviendo.

La dirección y el personal

Durante la estancia tuve un problema familiar y no pude estar todos los días que había pagado. La dirección del Hotel me permitió que los días que me quedaban pendientes de disfrutar los podia solicitar en otra fecha siempre que hubiera disponibilidad. ya que aporté el justificante Les estoy muy agradecida, tanto a la dirección como a todo el personal del hotel por lo amables y comprensivos que han sido. Volveré sin duda. Núria
